Depression has been called the ‘black dog’ and it can feel like it has taken over your outlook on life. Many people experience depression at some point in their life yet it can leave one feeling isolated and stigmatised.
Counselling and psychotherapy can help relieve many of the symptoms of depression. Because there are many causes of depression I tailor my approach to suit each individual client’s experience based on a collaborative conversation. I aim to support client’s on their journey to find hope in a more positive and sustainable future.
