In this section of my website I will offer some deeper thoughts and reflections on issues around counselling. However, there are rarely simple or ‘quick fix’ solutions to life’s challenges so I will listen carefully to each individual coming to counselling to make sure I engage deeply with their particular feelings and outlooks.

I will also provide some details of books that might be helpful on your journey. Often books can provide general information about an issue that can be a helpful starting point. Sometimes however we need to reflect more personally on a particular issue and this is when talking to a counsellor can provide individualised help and support.
